Spaghetti with sliced Shitake mushroom, small pieces of avocado, sliced red bell pepper, cut nori, roasted sesame seed, in a base mix of wasabi, sesame oil, crushed boiled garlic, rice vinegar, salt and pepper, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Shitake mushroom and avocado in maki sushi, with wasabi and soy sauce.
