It is too big because I miss my friends on the other side of it, and I know I won’t be able to see them unless their trajectories somehow coincide with mine. And I do miss them. <\/p>\n
I miss Anita, and I long for a long conversation with her that is also long overdue. I miss Abraham, it has been long enough. I miss Suchi, I wonder what she has done with all her food, concrete or otherwise. I miss Marie. I miss you, and you. I do miss you. <\/p>\n
Digital encounters cannot replace this. It cannot, for it is only constructed by ones and zeroes, and a friend’s presence is much more complex than any ones and zeroes put together in any kind of way. <\/p>\n
Geography is limited by time. And ah, how time is money. And the choices you make. And the fact that you are limited, like geography is.
